Island Reach follows Francis, an African visionary who moved to Madagascar and built a hospital boat, bringing dental treatment and clean water to remote communities on the island. Over the course of 2 weeks aboard the Island Reach ship, the film captures shocking stories of compassion, sustainability, and compassion in a region of the world where healthcare access is often inaccessible to the majority of people.
